Aspirant Announces New Director of Organizational Effectiveness

PITTSBURGH, September 30, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Aspirant is delighted to announce the addition of Rachel Brechtwho joins as a Principal within the company Organizational efficiency practice. In this role, she will leverage decades of experience leading talent, transformation and organizational development, both in business and consulting, to help our clients solve their most complex organizational challenges.

She will work closely with the firm’s Managing Director, Judy JohnsonPh.D., to lead the launch and execution of Org Accelerator™, a new offering that challenges the less agile and more expensive approaches typically used by large consulting firms. The offer recalibrates the ways of working with collective objectives to boost collaboration and performance in just 12 weeks.

She also serves on the executive committee of the Future of Board Leadership Symposium of the Three Rivers National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Chapter. She is an active member of the Chief and United Way Women’s Leadership Council (United Way of Pennsylvania).
