Bostrom Announces Leadership Additions to Support Organizational Growth

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Bostrom is excited to announce new leadership positions within the leadership and strategic management teams to support recent growth and the organization’s operational and strategic goals effective July 1, 2022. Promotions within of the leadership team include Bryan White, CAE as Chief Growth Officer and Kate Temple, SPHR as Chief People Officer. White will be responsible for creating new growth paths by optimizing current customer opportunities, developing account executive talent and monitoring future trends in new services. Temple’s role will focus on human resources strategy related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals within Bostrom and harnessing the power of its greatest asset.

In addition to changes to the leadership team, Bostrom has expanded its strategic management team, our senior leaders responsible for executing the company’s strategic plan. Account executives Kellie Braband, Katie Keel, MPA, CAE and Jose Segarra, MNA, CAE will be promoted to strategic directors and senior account executives. Their roles will support organizational growth in the areas of operational excellence, culture and consulting.
