Former Air Force staff sergeant turned business owner starts organization to help cancer patients and other men, women and children in the United States find hair wigs High quality

LA VEGAS, October 6, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The American Wig Association was founded in 2022 by a business owner Marquetta Breslin. After learning how to make wigs while helping her mother overcome cancer and the effects of chemotherapy, Marquetta realized that there was no organization to help those looking for wigs to easily find competent wig makers. The American Wig Association helps wig manufacturers easily connect with customers across United States who are looking for high quality wigs.

“The Association was born out of an idea to help connect people who need wigs with the people who make them,” says Breslin. “As a side effect of her chemotherapy, my mother lost all her hair and didn’t have the resources to have a wig made that she was comfortable with,” she said. “I’ve spent a lot of time in cancer centers and seen and spoken with people who suffer from permanent hair loss…these people hold a special place in my heart. It’s always been my dream to create a platform to connect people who need wigs with people who make them.”
