HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Stoller immediately announced two significant changes to its organizational structure, both of which are intended to enable the seamless execution of its customer-centric strategy across all geographies.
First, Rodrigo Oliveira has been appointed as Global Chief Operation Officer – COO effective immediately with direct responsibility for the Subsidiary Regional Vice Presidents team as well as Global Regulatory, Global Operations and global business excellence. Rodrigo has a proven and successful track record of over 20 years with the business and most recently led the Meso-South America and Asia-Oceania region. He brings significant sales and marketing experience to the team.
Second, Stoller has made the following adjustment in its regions globally, to improve proximity to the end customer and focus on providing useful solutions to its growing agricultural needs. Our subsidiaries are reorganized into four regions as follows:
USCA REGION (USCA and Central America): The Canada, United States, Mexico, Central America and Caribbean regions will be led by Greg Warren as Vice President of USCA Subsidiaries.
LATAM REGION (LATIN AMERICA): the regions of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay will be led by Tiago Gontijo, now Vice – president of the LATAM subsidiaries.
ASIA PACIFIC (Asia and Oceania): Australia, China, Philippines, India and Singapore. All general managers located in these subsidiaries will continue to report directly to Rodrigo.
EMEA REGION (Europe, Middle East and Africa): The Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, South Africa and Africa regions will continue to be led by Sergio Aguilar, Vice President of EMEA Subsidiaries.
For job changes, there will be a transition period to ensure responsibilities are well managed.
