BOSTON, September 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — In August 2022 XSETthe fastest growing gaming and lifestyle organization in the world, recently named and named its co-owner Erin Ashley Simon as Culture Director of XSET. Today, XSET also announced that its Director of Merchandising, Steve Birkholdwill now be the chief operating officer of the famous gaming organization.

In his previous role as Chief Merchandise Officer, Steve helped develop XSET’s fashion and merchandising department alongside Wil Eddins, creative director and co-founder. In Steve’s new role as Chief Operating Officer, he will use his leadership and organizational development experience to scale XSET’s day-to-day functions and operations and position the business for rapid scale and keep on going.

In addition, over the past year, the co-owner Erin Ashley Simon helped XSET create and grow its diversity and inclusion initiatives, including launching a fundraiser with the nonprofit community to raise money for one of the premier HBCU Esports leagues and led the charge of the partnering with Rise Above the Disorder for XSET to raise funds to provide free mental health services to those in need. As Director of Culture, Erin will continue to lead the charge for all XSET D&I initiatives and overall culture and community building for the brand.
